Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for online purchases, except where glyFX agree to do so.

Such a circumstance may be where you purchased a product you have previously purchased and downloaded.

There are normally no refunds because there is an ability to preview the products before purchasing, and because it is a digital download that cannot be returned.

Please contact info@glyfx.com if you would like to request a refund, and include a description of your issue.

Refunds, if granted, will be credited to the credit card you used to purchase the goods within 10 working days.
