Chris Messina - Design Manager

Chris originally hails from Boston, having worked with major design company Organic on projects for Macy's and Sony Playstation, but he has been enjoying sunny Perth for some years now. Chris is multi-talented, and in the glyFX team he handles work as diverse as web design, logo design, Flash animation, and general print design. Chris is often found at the front of our business talking to clients and mustering the best from our 6 strong graphic design team.

Simon Seeber - Senior Designer

Simon has over 8 years experience in web, graphic and multimedia design. With a skill-set covering vector, illustration, animation and experience with environments such as Macromedia Flash and Director, Simon is the creative backbone of the glyFX team.

Simon and Vanessa both work together in organising quotations and project management for glyFX clients. Simon is also responsible for creating a lot of the base vector artwork that comprises our stock products, and has worked on many large custom projects, with some top international development companies.

Jess Emmerson - Graphic Designer & Animator

Jess is one of the longer serving team members of glyFX, and inserts an amazing level of originality into our creative mix with his fantastic illustration skills.

A designer with over 5 years of industry experience in graphics, and specialising in cartooning and animation, he is quickly contributing a set of fresh ideas to glyFX, and participating in new product development.

Gaetan Raspanti - Graphic Designer & Animator

Gaetan has become an essential member to our team since joining us back in September 2006. With a degree in Multimedia Design majoring in 2D Animation from Curtin University in Perth, Gaetan has worked on the popular animated television series, Quads, as screened on the SBS national television station in Australia.

With a dynamic skill set ranging from illustration to animation, and even including scriptwriting, Gaetan's unique set of talents compliments and expands the range and strength of creative services on offer at glyFX.

Vanessa Evans - Project Manager

Vanessa joined the PerthWeb/glyFX team in 2006, after several years as a Project Manager at Webfirm. Her main role is liaising with our clients and organising their projects, ensuring we deliver fantastic results on time and on budget. She has a background in web design and multimedia and combines a knowledge and love of design with a commitment to providing functional and usable websites and interfaces.

Brian Brushwood : .NET Application Developer

Brian joined us an application developer, following a stint in the UK. He has over 8 years experience in the web and application development field, and will be working with the designers to ensure they keep the developer's needs in mind at every stage!

Greg Tangey : Webmaster/Developer & glyFX Sales

Greg has been 'playing with the web' for 12 years in various forms. He joined us on September 11, 2006 after leaving 6 years at a printing company to enter the web professionally and has been an integral part of the ever-growing glyFX website.

Greg also has a great understanding of user interface design, after creating applications in java and spending alot of time researching the user interface design. This makes Greg an essential part of our icon QA process, ensuring we create consistent icons that work for developers.
